Roofing Technician

Bill Ragan Roofing Company is hiring a Roofing Technician in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $22 to $30 per hour plus monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, with a company truck provided. You will diagnose and repair residential roof leaks so they are solved correctly the first time, no shortcuts, no guesswork, and no unnecessary callbacks.

• You bring 2 or more years of residential roof repair experience including leak investigation, flashings, penetrations, and shingles

What You Will Do Each Day

• Diagnose roof leaks on residential asphalt shingle systems by identifying the true source of the problem

• Perform high-quality repairs on flashing, pipe boots, vents, penetrations, skylights, chimney areas, decking, and shingles according to manufacturer specs

• Conduct thorough roof inspections and document conditions with photos and notes

• Educate homeowners on what you found, what is needed, what can wait, and what to watch for

• Maintain a clean, safe job site, protect landscaping and property, and leave everything secure

• Follow all safety procedures including fall protection and OSHA requirements
