Project Sales Consultant

Legacy Land Pros is hiring a Residential Project Sales Consultant in Salem, OH. Pay is $85K to $100K+ OTE (base plus uncapped commission), and top earners make significantly more. You will generate your own leads through door-knocking and canvassing, meet homeowners on-site, and close residential landscaping and hardscape projects. Sales experience and landscaping experience are required.

• You bring sales experience, door-knocking or canvassing experience, and experience in the landscape industry.

• You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Generate your own leads through door-knocking, canvassing, and neighborhood prospecting across our service area.

• Meet homeowners on-site to assess their property, understand their goals, and scope residential landscaping and hardscape projects.

• Lead discovery conversations, present solutions, prepare quotes, and close deals.

• Build and manage your own pipeline, following up consistently to keep projects moving.

• Coordinate a smooth hand-off to our project and crew teams and represent the Legacy Land Pros brand professionally in every interaction.
