Lawn Maintenance Technician

Legacy Land Pros is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Technician in Salem, OH. Pay is $16 to $19 per hour based on experience, and we want someone with previous mowing, trimming, and landscape maintenance experience. You will run routes with a crew and leave every property looking sharp before you head home.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential and commercial properties to a high standard.

• Handle bed upkeep, debris cleanup, and seasonal leaf removal.

• Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely, with daily equipment checks and end-of-day cleanup.

• Complete routes on schedule with your crew.

• Flag property concerns or equipment issues to your crew lead.

• Represent Legacy Land Pros professionally on every property.
