About Us: Deese Elite Concrete Coatings is a family-owned company serving the Tallahassee and Montgomery, AL areas. As the region’s exclusive Penntek dealer, we specialize in premium residential and commercial floor coatings for garages, patios, pool decks, and more. Our commitment to quality starts with our people—and we only use in-house installers to get the job done right. What You’ll Do: Apply decorative concrete coatings alongside a skilled crew Organize materials, prep workspaces, and maintain tools/equipment Tow and manage a 16' trailer on job sites Capture job photos during each installation stage Interact professionally with clients and keep sites clean and safe Pay & Incentives: Commission-based pay structure On-target earnings: $600–$1,300 per week Weekly pay Schedule & Location: Full-time day shifts: Monday to Friday Weekend work as needed Based in Montgomery, AL Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable personal transportation Must pass a background check (no felonies) Presentable appearance and strong customer service skills Comfortable using tools and working in a physical labor environment Benefits: Available after 90 days: Health, dental, and vision insurance 3% IRA match Paid time off Referral program Tools provided On-the-job training Advancement opportunities After 1 year: Additional PTO Paid holidays
