We’re looking for a Marketing Representative who brings hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and digital brand messaging—especially within the home-services industry. If you’re driven, analytical, creative, and don’t need a daily checklist to stay productive, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do - Own and optimize SEO strategy across on-page content, technical improvements, and local search visibility. - Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking. - Develop high-converting website content and layouts focused on turning traffic into leads. - Shape and refine brand messaging across digital channels to create a consistent, trustworthy customer experience. - Analyze the full customer journey—from click to lead to booking—to identify friction points and opportunities. - Review analytics, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to increase conversions and overall marketing ROI. - Collaborate with leadership and operations on ideas, strategy, and innovation without requiring daily to-do lists or micromanagement. - Stay proactive on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing technologies to improve performance. Who You Are - Experienced in SEO and Google Ads, with proven success driving leads in a home-services business (HVAC, roofing, landscaping, plumbing, cleaning, etc.). - Strong grasp of website conversion optimization, user behavior, and landing-page performance. - Skilled in brand positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value. - Analytical and comfortable working in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards. - A self-starter and self-learner—you seek solutions before being asked and enjoy owning your work. - Comfortable collaborating with a team while managing your responsibilities independently. - Creative with a strategic mindset, always thinking about the next improvement or opportunity.
