About This Role
DeG Contracting is hiring a Field Operations Lead in St. Charles, MO. This is an onsite role paying $22 to $26 per hour with performance bonuses and health insurance. You will be on job sites daily as the first point of contact, making sure materials are correct, jobs start on time, and every site is left clean and professional.

We take pride in running clean, professional job sites and delivering quality results for homeowners
You will work directly with the owner, not through layers of management
What You Will Do Each Day
Arrive early to job sites to verify materials are correct and ensure jobs start smoothly
Take clear before, during, and after photos of each project
Visit job sites throughout the day to monitor progress and handle issues on the spot
Run materials to job sites when needed
Perform end-of-day checks to verify leftover materials and job site cleanup
Communicate daily updates to the owner in the morning, midday, and end of day
