Grassperson is looking for a Lawncare Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality lawn treatment services to customers across the Lewisville area.

What You’ll Do
Apply fertilization and weed control treatments
Perform ornamental tree and shrub treatments
Communicate with customers during service visits
Update customer records in the CRM system
Safely operate company trucks, sprayers, and spreaders
Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
2+ years of lawn care or landscape experience
Basic knowledge of plants, grasses, and weeds
Ability to operate a mid-size truck and motorized equipment
Strong communication skills with customers
Ability to work well with office staff and team members
Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Requirements
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
English speaking capability
