We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who want a steady Monday–Friday schedule, great earning potential, and the opportunity to grow with an established local company.

Average earnings including hourly pay, tips and mileage: $24–$28/hour

This position requires:

• A reliable, working vehicle that you can use every day

• A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

• Availability Monday–Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm

• The ability to reliably commute to Scottsdale and North Phoenix

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• The ability to travel between client homes during the workday

If you do not currently have a reliable vehicle or cannot consistently work Monday–Friday between 9am and 5pm, this position will not be a fit.

Schedule

Our cleaning professionals work Monday–Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Some days your cleaning schedule may finish earlier than 5pm. However, you must remain available for us to schedule jobs throughout the full 9am–5pm window.

No nights. No weekends. No holidays.

We service homes throughout the Valley, with a large concentration of clients in Scottsdale and North Phoenix.

Once you graduate to working independently, we do our best to build your client schedule close to where you live. However, specific locations cannot always be guaranteed, and you must be willing and able to travel throughout our service area when needed.

Pay & Earning Potential

Starting base pay: $18–$19/hour, depending on experience.

Our career ladder allows strong performers to advance quickly, with the opportunity to earn $20+/hour within your first month.

When hourly pay, client tips and paid mileage are combined, our current cleaning professionals average approximately $24–$28/hour in total earnings.

We also offer additional earning opportunities as you advance into specialized roles such as:

That means attendance and punctuality are extremely important.

When we build a recurring client schedule around you, your clients and your teammates are counting on you to show up consistently.
