We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Gutter Installation Technician ready to learn the trade and build a long-term career in a growing company. What You’ll Do: • Install seamless gutter systems and downspouts on residential properties • Load materials, prep job sites, and clean up after each project • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively • Climb ladders, work at heights, and perform tasks on rooftops • Represent the company professionally with customers and team members Pay & Schedule: • $40,000–$60,000/year starting pay based on experience • Monday–Friday, full-time with occasional weekend work • Overtime and advancement opportunities available Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Clean background and drug test (including cannabis) • Prior experience in construction, roofing, or related field • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors • Strong work ethic, clean-cut appearance, and solid people skills Benefits: • Paid on-the-job training and mentorship • Company gear and safety equipment provided • Team culture focused on growth, professionalism, and support • Clear advancement paths as your skills and responsibility grow
