A Sales Representative at That 1 Painter develops relationships with referral partners, estimates appointments on their calendar, and manages their projects. A Sales
Representative is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the territory, maintaining consistent margins, and achieving an excellent reputation within the
That 1 Painter territory among its customers.
Overview:

● Sales Role for Providing Estimates in-person for our amazing customers
● Gas Card
● Monday-Friday; 1 Saturday morning a month, Full-Time Position
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property
managers, etc.)
● Network and promote That 1 Painter.
● Recruit and manage subcontractors
● Estimating on-site with potential customers
● Estimating virtually with potential clients as needed
● Accurately estimating labor and materials on the quote and submitting the
quote to the customer within 24 hours
● Following up with all quotes seven times within six months or until
approved/rejected
● Scheduling approved estimates in accordance with GM guidance
● Collecting deposits before the start of each job
● Upselling clients on additional services
● Communicating with customers concerning color and other basic
preparations before the job starts
● Communicating with Project Managers as needed after the job starts
● Attending and contributing at all staff meetings
● Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting
client's needs and delivering a quality project.
● Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.
● Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.
● Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.
Experience Required:
● Three years of experience in Business Development & in home sales
● Consistent track record of closing over 45% in the home
● Experience with estimating, customer service, and in home sales
Qualifications:
● In home sales experience (3 years)
● Track record of closing over 45% on all qualified leads
● Confident and very comfortable networking with potential referral partners
● Able to take ownership of customer issues, resolving conflicts and coordinating
solutions
● Very Organized with strong attention to detail
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients
● Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment; self-
motivated
● Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills
● Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
● Ability to accurately estimate product and labor costs
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency in using a personal computer, cell phone, and software programs
● Confidence in communicating paint products and services
● Ability to answer complex paint-related questions
Compensation Package:
● Base pay of $500 a week / 26k a year
● Guaranteed High commission
● Monthly; Yearly Bonuses
● Earning potential $125,000 - $200,000 year one
● 6 week paid training @ $500 per week
● Draw/vs/Commission @ $500 a week after training
Compensation Benefits:
● Two weeks’ vacation (ten days) after a six-month waiting period
● $400 / Month Gas Stipend
Terms for Employment:
● Complete a background check
● Reference check (2 - 3 references)
Pay: $125,000-$200,000/yr
