About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Service Technician / Crew Lead to join our team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, experienced in roof repairs, and comfortable leading and working with a team while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
◦ Repair and perform maintenance on asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, TPO, and metal roofing systems
◦ Repair and replace vents and pipe jacks
◦ Perform water tests to diagnose leaks
◦ Pick up and return extra materials as needed
◦ Complete assigned daily tasks with strong attention to detail
◦ Report to the Production Manager at the end of each day
◦ Accurately upload project details into CRM
◦ Interact professionally with customers
◦ Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Compensation:
◦ Piecework pay structure
◦ Earn 10% per job completed
◦ High earning potential based on productivity
◦ Company truck may be provided (based on qualifications)

Pay: $20-$20/hr
Schedule & Location
onsite • Arlington, TX
Requirements
◦ 3+ years roofing experience preferred
◦ 1+ year experience as a crew lead
◦ Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
◦ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
◦ Able to pass a background check
◦ Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
◦ Able to lift 50 lbs or more
◦ Comfortable bending, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights
◦ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
◦ Committed to following safety guidelines
