What You Will Do Each Day

• Assist with residential construction projects across active job sites in the Rochester area.

• Work outdoors in varying conditions — this is Western NY and the weather is part of the job.

• Operate basic tools and light equipment as you are trained.

• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards throughout the day.

• Support lead technicians with the work they need to keep projects moving.

• Build your skills daily toward becoming a fully capable field technician.
