Project Manager - Residential Construction & Remodeling

Position Overview:

As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential remodeling projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to ensure timely and quality execution

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and the production team

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and job costs, ensuring projects stay on track

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance

• Handle change orders, permits, and other documentation

• Proactively resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling

• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and residential project workflows

• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• OSHA certification (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
