Serene Window and Pressure Cleaning is hiring a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines, working remotely on a US business hours schedule. You will own a defined set of daily operational tasks that protect revenue and keep our home service business running smoothly, from client follow-up and booking to accounts receivable outreach and lead source tracking.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Call clients the next business day after every completed service to confirm satisfaction and offer to book the next service.

• Follow up with open estimate prospects throughout the week to answer questions and help them close the decision.

• Review the upcoming week's schedule daily and flag any crew capacity issues to the office.

• Run weekly accounts receivable outreach, calling past-due clients in a professional, non-confrontational tone.

• Audit new leads daily to ensure each is tagged with the correct lead source, and keep marketing tracking current.

• Manage the Google Local Services Ads dashboard and provide overflow inbound call coverage as needed.
