About This Role
Integrity Illumination Holiday and Outdoor Lighting creates stunning, professional holiday lighting displays across Southwest Florida. We focus on quality, safety, and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Position Overview:
Join our team of installers who design, install, maintain, and remove beautiful lighting displays for homes and businesses. Seasonal work with potential to continue year-round in our outdoor/architectural lighting division.
Responsibilities:
Install and remove holiday lights (rooflines, trees, shrubs, etc.)
Perform maintenance or repairs as needed
Load/unload and organize lighting materials
Assist crew leads with setup and safety procedures
Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders, roofs)
Able to lift/carry equipment and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
