What You'll Do
Lead residential and commercial HVAC installations from start to finish
Work directly with trusted builders, developers, and general contractors
Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices
Maintain top-tier workmanship and customer service standards
Complete accurate documentation and ensure code compliance
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $45-$45/hr
Schedule & Location
onsite • West Haven, CT
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Previous lead installer/technician experience
• CT trade (D2 or S2) license preferred
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to work independently, lead a crew, and communicate well with customers and contractors
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
