Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to lead advertising, lead follow-up, and partnership-building efforts. This role focuses on driving enrollment through digital marketing and proactive sales outreach.
Responsibilities
-Create and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
-Follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, and email
-Schedule gym tours and trial classes
-Track and manage leads in the CRM
-Build referral partnerships with schools, churches, and local organizations
-Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $60,000-$72,000/yr

Requirements
Qualifications
-2+ years of sales, marketing, or social media marketing experience
-Proven experience with digital ad creation
-Strong communication and follow-up skills
-Alignment with Alpha Omega’s faith-based mission
Requirements
-Over 18 years of age
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Fluent in English
-Reside within the Greater Houston Area
Preferred Experience
-Experience with Go High Level (CRM)
-Background in membership-based or family-focused businesses
