About This Role
Mahn Custom Homes & Renovations is hiring a Site Superintendent in Fenton, MO. Pay is $65,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus. Full-time, onsite. You will run jobsites from first sketch to final walkthrough as the Project Managers' primary field representative.
Who You Are:
You take ownership of the site and everyone on it.
You take pride in work that matches the plans, specs, and code.
You keep homeowners informed and confident.
You have 5+ years of residential construction experience, ideally supervising custom homes or high-end remodels.
You know residential trades, codes, and sequencing.
You are comfortable in Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, and plan-review software.
You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and can walk active sites daily, climb ladders, and lift 75 lbs.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Run the Project Manager's construction schedule and coordinate daily field activities.
Supervise Mahn labor personnel and coordinate subcontractors.
Perform QA and QC inspections against plans, specs, and code.
Log daily progress in Buildertrend with photos, RFIs, and punch lists.
Coordinate material deliveries and inspections.
Communicate with homeowners and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
