Site Superintendent

Mahn Custom Homes & Renovations is hiring a Site Superintendent in Fenton, MO, paying 65,000 to 75,000 dollars per year plus an annual performance bonus. We need a field leader with at least 5 years of residential construction experience, ideally supervising custom homes or high-end remodeling, to serve as our Project Managers' primary field representative. You will run jobsites with the craftsmanship and standard our clients expect from first sketch to final walkthrough.

• You bring at least 5 years of residential construction experience, ideally supervising custom homes or high-end remodels.

• You bring strong knowledge of residential building trades, codes, and sequencing.

• You bring proficiency with Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, and plan-review software.

• You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, plus the ability to walk active sites daily, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbs.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run the Project Manager's construction schedule and coordinate daily field activities.

• Supervise Mahn Custom Homes labor personnel and coordinate subcontractors.

• Perform QA and QC inspections against plans, specs, and code.

• Document daily progress in Buildertrend with logs, photos, RFIs, and punch lists.

• Coordinate material deliveries and inspections.

• Communicate with homeowners, resolve field concerns, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
