• Train and mentor new team members in power washing techniques and safety protocols.
• Operate high-pressure equipment across commercial and residential sites.
• Model and uphold company standards for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment and job sites for safety and readiness.
• Provide feedback and support to build crew performance and morale.
Pay & Incentives:
Starting at $20/hr + monthly performance bonuses.
Schedule & Location:
Full-time | Based in [City, State] | Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
What You’ll Need:
• Prior experience in power washing or similar labor-intensive field.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work long hours on your feet.
• Leadership qualities with a coach-first mindset.
