About Us

Sewer Treatment Specialists (STS) is a growing commercial and industrial wastewater services company based in Denham Springs. We service lift stations, pump systems, and treatment equipment for major clients across South Louisiana — including national retail chains and industrial facilities. We're a hands-on, no-nonsense company that takes care of its customers and its people.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator to run the day-to-day operations of our office. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can take ownership of the office without being micromanaged, keep our compliance paperwork airtight, and be the reliable point of contact our field crews and customers count on.

You won't be supervising anyone right now, but we want someone with the leadership qualities and initiative to grow with the company. As STS expands, so will this role.

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, communicate with customers, and coordinate with field technicians

• Manage service scheduling and job documentation

• Support invoicing and billing in QuickBooks Online

• Maintain compliance documentation for ISNetworld and Avetta (safety records, training records, insurance certificates, client prequalification requirements)

• Keep customer files, service records, and internal paperwork organized and up to date

• Handle general office administration — supplies, mail, filing, vendor coordination

• Help build and improve office processes as we grow

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of office administration experience (industrial services, construction, plumbing, or trades environment strongly preferred)

• Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar contractor compliance platforms is a major plus — tell us about it in your application

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software)

• Strong organizational skills — you keep things from falling through the cracks

• Professional phone and email communication

• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do

• Comfortable working directly with the owner in a small, fast-moving office
