Bookkeeper

Sewer Treatment Specialists is hiring a Bookkeeper in Denham Springs, LA, paying $20 to $30 per hour. QuickBooks experience is a must. You will be the office anchor handling invoicing, scheduling, and customer follow-up for a locally owned wastewater treatment company.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Create and process invoices in QuickBooks Online.

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on past-due balances.

• Schedule jobs and coordinate with the Operations Manager in Jobber.

• Answer and route phone calls and emails.

• Maintain customer records and job documentation.

• Help with filing, compliance paperwork, and other office tasks as they come up.
