Sales Consultant - Roofing and Exteriors (Hobart)

Alpha Storm Solutions is hiring Sales Consultants for roofing and exteriors in Hobart, IN. You earn $500 dollars per week during your first 4 weeks of paid training. After that, this is a commission-only role paying 8 percent ($1000-$1200 per job, typical yearly earnings are $52,000-$80,000), so your income is driven by what you sell, there is no cap on commission. you will be knocking doors, inspect homes for storm damage, and help homeowners get their roof, siding, and gutters restored. We will train you for success. No experience necessary.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Inspect roofs, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia door to door to find storm damage.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process to maximize their coverage.

• Hit agreed sales targets and outcomes.

• Use feedback to sharpen your approach each week.
