Entry-Level Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support the hiring process from start to finish, helping source, screen, and coordinate candidates while ensuring a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Assist with job postings on various platforms and company career pages. Source potential candidates through online databases, social media, and referrals. Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using computers and learning applicant tracking systems.
