Carpet Cleaning Apprentice

Preferred Floor and Fiber Care is hiring a Carpet Cleaning Apprentice in Northridge, California, paying 18 to 19 dollars per hour. No experience needed, we provide paid training. You will need a valid driver's license and clean driving record, because you drive to homes and commercial sites across the area to clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery with professional equipment.

Who You Are:

• You are dependable and communicate clearly, so customers feel taken care of from start to finish.

• You are comfortable working on your own and managing your time between jobs.

• You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• You bring the stamina to lift equipment, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for hours.

• You bring authorization to work in the US, and basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment upkeep is a plus.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Drive to customer locations in your territory with your tools and supplies.

• Set up cleaning equipment, including extractors, hoses, and vacuums.

• Inspect carpets and rugs, then pre treat and apply cleaning solutions.

• Operate equipment to extract residue, rinse, and dry, then spot treat and deodorize.

• Clean up the work area and leave every site presentable.

• Walk customers through the work, share care advice, and log time, materials, and job notes.
