Tree Crew / Holiday Lights Installer — Year-Round Work, No Layoffs

Above & Beyond Tree and Shrubbery Service Inc is hiring a Tree Crew and Holiday Lights Installer in South Bend, IN. Pay is $18 to $27 per hour based on your experience, with full-time hours all year and no seasonal layoff. You need a valid driver's license and comfort working at heights on ladders and roofs, because this crew runs trees in the warm months and holiday lighting through the winter.

Who We Are:

• We are a tree care company serving South Bend and the Michiana area.

• Our certified arborists handle tree trimming, pruning, removal, and emergency work.

• We keep crews working all year, with trees in the warm months, then holiday lighting and snow removal in winter.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Drag brush, feed wood chippers, and keep tree sites moving.

• Support aerial operators on removals and trimming, then rake, blow, and clean up.

• Install lights on rooflines, peaks, trees, and walkways from ladders and roofs with gear we provide.

• Test strands, find outages, and fix problems on service calls.

• Take displays down in January, and clear snow and ice during winter storms, including some on-call shifts.
