About This Role
CAM Pro Services is hiring a Pressure Washing Night Lead Technician in Saline County, AR. This is a full-time, onsite W2 role paying $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus performance bonuses and paid travel time. You will lead a small crew on overnight commercial pressure washing jobs Monday through Thursday, keeping Arkansas businesses spotless while most people are asleep.

What You Will Do Each Day
Operate and maintain hot-water pressure washing rigs and surface cleaners on commercial properties
Lead and coach 1 to 2 crew members to meet quality standards on every job
Inspect sites, set up safety cones and signage, and document before-and-after photos
Complete commercial jobs on the night schedule, Monday through Thursday, 9 PM to 7 AM
Communicate job status to customers and the office team
Maintain equipment in clean, safe working condition
