Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Options
Compensation: $12–$20/hour + performance bonuses for every member who registers onsite for a membership after their tour

The Role

As the first face our athletes and parents see, you are the Director of First Impressions.

This is a high-energy, sales-focused administrative role. You aren’t just checking people in — you are the heartbeat of the gym, managing enrollments, converting trial classes into long-term members, and ensuring every family feels like part of our community.

Key Performance Expectations

1. Sales & Growth (Revenue Ownership)

• Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with families after trial classes to secure permanent enrollments

• Proactive Outreach: Re-engage dropped or inactive students through seasonal outreach campaigns

• Pro Shop Management: Drive retail sales by assisting families with apparel, grips, and gear

2. Member Experience & Hospitality

• The “Gold Medal” Welcome: Greet every athlete by name and assist parents with questions regarding levels, schedules, and progress

• Conflict Resolution: Handle billing inquiries or scheduling overlaps with a calm, solution-oriented, can-do attitude

• Community Engagement: Assist in organizing gym events, birthday parties, and seasonal showcases

3. Operational Excellence

• Enrollment Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in our member management software

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all waivers are signed and updated before any athlete hits the floor

• Sales DNA: You enjoy the win of closing a sale and understand that growing the gym helps provide better equipment for the kids

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills (you’ll be sending a lot of messages to busy parents)

• Gymnastics / Sports Familiarity: You understand the culture of youth sports and the commitment levels required for competitive programs

Requirements

• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and quick to learn specialized gym management software

• Clearance: Ability to pass a standard background check

• Availability: Must be available during peak after-school hours and Saturday mornings
