What You'll Do
Load raw stock materials or blanks into CNC machines (Mills and Lathes) and start the pre-set program cycle
Observe machine cycles and listen for irregularities; report tool breakage, alarms, or unusual behavior
Perform routine, in-process quality checks using basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges)
Record production quantities, scrap counts, and complete daily paperwork
Unload finished parts, deburr as needed, and prepare for the next stage of production

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred, but training available for motivated candidates
Ability to read basic measurements using calipers and gauges
Reliable and able to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials
Requirements
Production experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC experience is a plus)
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Strong commitment to safety, quality control, and following procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift
Pay: $15-$25/hr
