Residential/Commercial Painter

Color Splash Painting is hiring a full-time Residential and Commercial Painter in Hilton Head, SC. Pay is $25 to $28 per hour, based on experience. We need someone with professional painting experience and at least one year leading a crew, a painter who can cut a clean line and leave a jobsite cleaner than they found it.

• You are coachable and low-drama. You take feedback, apply it, and keep the crew moving.

• You bring reliable transportation, a valid license, and a clean driving record.

• You bring your own basic hand tools.

• You bring the ability to pass a background check and a paid working interview.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Prep surfaces, prime, and apply finish coats on interior and exterior jobs.

• Cut clean lines and deliver full, even coverage.

• Follow paint specs and sheen guides on every work order.

• Protect customer property and leave the site clean at the end of each day.
