About Us:
Win at Sales delivers Done-for-You Sales Management and Recruiting for top-performing businesses generating over $2.5M in sales per month. We foster a culture that’s results-driven, growth-minded, and genuinely fun.
What You’ll Do:
- Take sales calls from pre-set appointments (no cold outreach)
- Guide prospects through proven high-ticket sales frameworks
- Collaborate with seasoned closers and sales mentors
- Hit and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Commit to continuous learning through advanced training programs
Pay & Incentives:
- On-target earnings (OTE): $85K–$185K
- Uncapped commissions tied to your performance
Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (local time)
- 100% remote – work from anywhere with reliable Wi-Fi
