NC Paint Pros is hiring an Experienced Residential Painter in Thomasville, NC. This is a full-time, onsite W2 position starting at $18 to $23 per hour with room for growth and advancement. You will deliver high-quality residential painting for a family-oriented company built on over 20 years of experience, trust, and word-of-mouth referrals.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Prep and paint interior and exterior residential surfaces to a high-quality standard

• Select appropriate paint products and colors based on project specifications

• Execute clean, precise cut-ins, trim work, and detail finishing

• Communicate with homeowners professionally and deliver excellent customer service

• Work independently or alongside a team depending on project scope

• Maintain a clean, organized job site from setup through final walkthrough
