Job Requirements
3+ years in business development, sales, or lead generation, Experience in a B2B environment is required.
Proven ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities
Develop outreach strategies across channels
Manage pipeline and track leads in CRM
Conduct discovery meetings and present solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals
Stay ahead of market trends and competitors
Report on KPIs and sales progress regularly
