Bath Fitter San Diego is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Consultant to help us continue transforming bathrooms across the Coachella Valley. Our customers love us because we deliver custom-fit, one-day remodels—and our team stays because we support them with training, quality leads, and a product that sells itself.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations

• Educate clients on our remodeling process and provide accurate, custom-fit proposals

• Build trust and close deals using a consultative sales approach

• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Represent Bath Fitter with professionalism and product knowledge

• Attend occasional evening and Saturday appointments (no Sundays)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of in-home sales experience (preferred)

• A strong communicator who can build lasting customer relationships

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by hitting targets

• Comfortable working independently and in people’s homes

• Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed

• Located within the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley area

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable with commission-based pay after training
