About This Role
Renu Painting is hiring a Painting Crew Foreman in Amarillo, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $22 to $30 per hour plus performance bonuses with a company vehicle provided. You will lead a crew of two or more painters on high-quality residential and commercial projects for one of Amarillo's top-rated painting companies.

You are the kind of professional clients trust because you communicate clearly and deliver on your word
You bring 3 or more years of painting experience and 5 or more years of leadership or foreman experience in the trades

What You Will Do Each Day
Lead and motivate a crew of painters through every phase of residential and commercial projects
Coordinate with clients and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and clear expectations
Manage job site efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and timelines
Interpret work orders and spec sheets with accuracy and communicate plans to your crew
Uphold top-tier workmanship and professionalism on every project
