What You'll Do:
Lead and motivate a crew of painters from prep through final coat
Coordinate with clients and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Manage jobsite efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and timelines
Interpret work orders and spec sheets with accuracy
Uphold top-tier workmanship, communication, and professionalism
What You Bring:
3+ years of painting experience (interior/exterior)
5+ years of leadership or foreman experience in the trades
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Willingness to pass a background check
