Production Manager

American Roofing and Exteriors is hiring a Production Manager in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a full-time salaried role with an aggressive pay structure, running quality assurance, scheduling, and on-site operations across residential and commercial roofing projects. You will coordinate crews, meet insurance adjusters, and make sure every job finishes on time and to spec.

• You bring at least five years of construction experience, three of them as a superintendent or production manager, plus reliable transportation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Visit active job sites to keep projects on track and address quality issues early.

• Meet insurance adjusters on site to evaluate damage and reach agreed resolutions.

• Evaluate projects using photos and diagrams to confirm materials and scope.

• Assist with pricing, ordering, and scheduling materials, tools, and equipment.

• Analyze job cost reports against estimates and flag accuracy issues.
