About This Role
Trust N Fences is hiring an Installation Technician (Fencing) in Elizabeth, PA, paying $22 to $28 per hour. You will install residential and commercial fences and gates alongside an experienced crew, with a family-owned company where craftsmanship is the point, not the marketing.

You are a builder at heart who likes working with your hands and being outside.
You believe the details, like clean post alignment and tight measurements, separate good work from great work.
You are easy to talk to on the job site, whether it is the crew or a homeowner asking a question.
You bring 1 to 2 years of fence installation or related hands-on experience.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Review installation plans and confirm materials are on site before work begins.
Measure, cut, and secure fence components and posts with accuracy.
Install residential and commercial fences and gates under the guidance of a lead.
Communicate with homeowners about installation progress on the job.
Follow established safety protocols and local building codes on every project.
Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the day.
