About This Role
Above & Beyond Tree and Shrubbery Service Inc. is hiring a CDL Grapple Truck Operator in South Bend, IN. This is an onsite role paying $25 to $35 per hour with overtime opportunities and year-round work. You will operate a grapple truck, pull trailers, and support a professional tree care crew on residential and commercial job sites.

What You Will Do Each Day
Operate, drive, and maintain the grapple truck including loading, hauling, and unloading tree debris, logs, and brush
Pull a trailer transporting the telehandler to and from job sites
Operate the mini loader to assist the tree crew with material handling and site work
Place poly mats to protect customer property during tree removal operations
Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and routine maintenance
Support the crew with general cleanup around the job site and company yard
