The Role

We're looking for a Lawn Crew Lead to run daily mowing operations from start to finish, leading a crew, maintaining quality across every property, and keeping routes on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with real commercial mowing experience who's ready to set the standard for their crew and represent Legacy Land Pros in the field.

What You'll Do

• Lead a lawn care crew through daily routes, ensuring each residential and commercial property is serviced efficiently and to Legacy Land Pros' high standards

• Operate and oversee the use of commercial mowing equipment, trimmers, edgers, and blowers

• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites, including safely backing and pulling trailers through residential and commercial properties

• Use our mobile crew routing app daily to manage schedules, track job completion, and communicate with the office in real time

• Train, coach, and hold crew members accountable for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job

• Perform daily equipment inspections and coordinate basic maintenance needs

• Communicate with leadership regarding route progress, customer concerns, and any on-site issues

• Represent Legacy Land Pros on every property — maintaining a professional appearance and delivering the kind of service that earns our 5-star reviews

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional mowing experience (required) — you've worked on a commercial lawn crew and understand production mowing, route efficiency, and property standards

• Leadership experience (required) — whether as a crew lead, foreman, or team supervisor, you've managed people in the field and know how to set the pace and hold a standard

• Trailer experience (required) — comfortable and confident backing, pulling, and maneuvering trailers in residential and commercial settings

• Willingness to use technology (required) — you'll rely on our mobile crew routing app daily to stay organized and on schedule

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying Northeast Ohio weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
