Project Manager

This is a full-time, onsite role with a $52,000 base salary and total compensation of $52,000 to $85,000 per year including performance bonuses. You will manage 6 to 10 or more painting crews, guide clients from crew assignment through final walkthrough, and deliver projects on scope, on budget, and on time.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Oversee 6 to 10 or more painting crews from project kickoff through final client walkthrough

• Recruit, lead, and retain subcontractor capacity to meet production goals

• Order paint and materials within project budget targets

• Complete kick-offs, in-progress inspections, and final inspections on every job

• Walk each completed project with the client, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction

• Resolve customer issues and manage accounts receivable for your projects
