About This Role
Clean Cans is hiring a Field Operator in Winter Garden, FL. This is an onsite role paying $17.50 to $20 per hour with weekly pay, a monthly bonus program, and a $1,000 employee referral bonus. You will pressure wash residential trash and recycling cans across Central Florida for the area's leading trash can cleaning service.

What You Will Do Each Day
Pressure wash residential trash and recycling cans on your assigned route
Communicate clearly with team members and customers throughout the day
Provide service with care and professionalism at every stop
Work independently to manage your route efficiently and stay on schedule
Handle repetitive movements and moderate lifting throughout your shift
Maintain your equipment and keep your work area organized
