Development Administrator

Mahn Custom Homes & Renovations is hiring a Development Administrator in Fenton, MO, paying 55,000 to 65,000 dollars per year plus an annual performance bonus. We need someone with experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative role to be the connective thread between our Owner, VP of Operations, Project Managers, and Design Team. You will keep every project's planning, budget, selections, and documentation accurate from first contract to final walkthrough.

• You bring prior experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.

• You bring proficiency with Buildertrend (preferred), Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• You bring familiarity with bid management, budgeting, or contract documentation.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Create and maintain project records in Buildertrend from pre-sale through completion.

• Manage subcontractor bid packages, the bid tracker, and budget documentation.

• Support the Design Team in documenting selections, allowances, and purchase orders.

• Track construction activity, change orders, and schedules against the production timeline.

• Maintain contracts, permits, drawings, renderings, and project transition documents.

• Take detailed notes in project and customer meetings, and prepare job site binders for field hand-off.
