About This Role
Mahn Custom Homes & Renovations is hiring a General Construction Laborer in Fenton, MO, paying 17 to 25 dollars per hour based on experience. We are looking for someone with at least one year of residential construction or general labor experience to support daily field operations across our custom home and renovation projects. You will work hands-on with our project managers and trades to build quality work and keep every job site clean and client-ready.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Prepare and clean up job sites.
Load, unload, and move materials and tools.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform light framing, drywall, siding, and other basic carpentry or repair tasks.
Support trades and project managers with a variety of building and finishing work.
Wear company gear and represent Mahn Custom Homes with professionalism on every site.
