Who You Are: • Take pride in accuracy and quality workmanship • Strong in time management and organization • Professional communicator with conflict resolution skills • Accountable, dependable, and growth-minded What You’ll Do: • Restore damaged properties through cleaning, repair, and refurbishment • Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines • Inspect, document, and report on project progress • Maintain equipment, inventory, and jobsite organization • Lead by example, guiding team members during restoration projects Pay & Benefits: • Earn up to $70,000 per year, including bonuses & profit sharing • Full-time role with advancement opportunities • 401(k) retirement plan • Vision insurance • Ongoing training & certification support Requirements: • 1+ year experience in cleaning, restoration, carpet cleaning, or auto detailing (preferred) • Able to pass background check and drug screening • Leadership skills with a collaborative attitude • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Willingness to learn through training and certifications
