About Pettis Painting:
We’re a family-owned painting company in Farmington, MN, known for precision, creativity, and client-first service. Our company values mentorship, development, and work-life balance—all while delivering standout home transformations.
What You’ll Do:
Visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
Create and present proposals on-site using proven templates
Close deals at a 50%+ rate—training provided
Follow up with leads and log details in our CRM
Partner with the office and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
Pay & Incentives:
W2 position, commission-based: $85,000–$145,000+ OTE
Company vehicle provided
Weekly sales training and coaching
Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Schedule & Location:
Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
Based in Farmington, MN
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Coachable, punctual, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
1–2 years of any sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Comfortable with outbound methods like cold calling or door knocking
