What You’ll Do
Perform top-to-bottom cleaning spells in homes and offices using company standards and checklists
Handle specialty cleanings (oven, fridge, glass doors) with care and confidence
Communicate clearly and kindly with clients—your wand is your word
Use only eco-friendly and pet-safe ingredients
Represent our magical brand with professionalism, punctuality, and pride
Pay & Incentives
Hourly training pay (5-day paid training)
Commission-based pay structure:
– 35% commission = $20–$25/hr average
– Top performers can earn 43% commission
W-2 employee status
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Based out of Schnecksville, PA 18078
Requirements
No experience required
Pass background check and be E-Verified
Reliable vehicle and valid license
Comfortable around cats and dogs
English-speaking with strong communication skills
