Roofing & Home Improvement Sales Manager

Phoenix Exteriors is hiring a Roofing & Home Improvement Sales Manager in Chicago, IL to lead outside sales growth across Chicagoland and storm-affected markets. Base pay is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with on-target earnings of $250,000 to $300,000+ based on team production. You will lead from the field, riding with reps, running storm campaigns, and coaching at the door.

• You are a field sales leader who loves building teams that win in neighborhoods, not from behind a desk

• You take pride in recruiting, training, and coaching reps into closers who can knock doors, run inspections, and earn homeowner trust

• You believe great sales leadership means showing your team what good looks like, in person, on the street

• You bring proven outside sales leadership experience in roofing, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, solar, or in-home sales

• You bring strong CRM discipline and the ability to hold reps accountable to activity, pipeline, and production

• You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop outside sales reps

• Train reps on door knocking, canvassing, inspections, and homeowner consultations

• Lead field activity in storm-affected neighborhoods after hail and wind events

• Coach reps live through ride-alongs, door knocks, and sales presentations

• Run daily and weekly sales meetings focused on activity and results

• Maintain CRM discipline across leads, inspections, and follow-ups
