Role Overview (What You'll Do) As a Project Consultant with Fresh Start Paint Pros, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their painting needs, provide clear and professional proposals, and guide them confidently through the decision-making process. You’ll use our CRM (Drip Jobs) to stay organized, follow up, and close deals—all while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities ● Visit homeowners to provide on-site interior and exterior painting estimates ● Follow a structured sales process that builds trust and clarity ● Document job details, photos, and notes accurately in Drip Jobs CRM ● Present proposals confidently and ask for the business ● Maintain consistent communication before and after appointments ● Achieve and maintain a 50%+ closing ratio on issued appointments Outcomes &Success Metrics ● Closing ratio ≥ 50% ● Weekly and monthly revenue targets consistently achieved ● Accurate, complete estimates that support efficient production ● CRM accuracy: notes, follow-ups, photos, and job statuses Compensation (commission only) 10% commission, 100-150k Mission: Fresh Start exists to elevate every home and every person we serve through excellence, respect, and honor — building a family-driven team that leads with faith, grows with purpose, and serves with a selfless heart, enriching the lives within our walls and within yours.
