We are seeking a technician with proven appliance repair experience who can confidently diagnose and repair major household appliances while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances

• Provide customers with clear explanations and professional recommendations

• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and job notes

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

• Communicate professionally with dispatch, parts, and management

• Represent Action Appliance with honesty, accountability, and respect

Qualifications

• Prior appliance repair experience required

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

• Experience with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and related appliances

• EPA certification preferred, especially for sealed system or refrigeration work

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently in customers’ homes

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
