Professional Holiday Lighting Estimator

J Bell Services is hiring a Professional Holiday Lighting Estimator in Farmers Branch, TX. Pay runs $22 - $27 per hour. Sales experience is required, home service sales preferred. You walk the property, price the job, and write the proposal. This position requires significant field-based work.

Who You Are:

• You treat an estimate as the start of a relationship, not a one time sale.

• You take pride in walking a client through pricing and objections until they feel sure.

• You bring strong customer service and clear communication in person, by phone, and in writing.

• You bring the discipline to keep proposals, measurements, and CRM notes accurate.

• You bring a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and you work well in the field, the office, and on virtual consultations. Spanish is a plus.

Who We Are:

• We have served the Dallas Fort Worth area since 2008.

• We handle irrigation, sprinkler repair, and landscape, permanent, and holiday lighting.

• We serve homeowners, HOA boards, builders, and property managers with accountability, integrity, and high standards.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Meet clients to scope Christmas, permanent, and landscape lighting projects.

• Build estimates from measurements, photos, videos, and notes.

• Present options that help customers see the value.

• Follow up by call, text, and email until the client decides.

• Log proposals and notes in the CRM and hand sold jobs to production.
