Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Charlotte Roofing Specialists is an established residential roofing company with a 16+ year track record of excellence. We are GAF Master Elite, CertainTeed Select Shingle Master, and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor.

We’re growing fast — from $4M to $6M in the next 2 years, and targeting $10M within 5 years — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

The Opportunity

One of our top salespeople is relocating, creating an immediate opening for an experienced roofing sales professional.

We generate high-quality leads, and we need someone who can turn them into great customer experiences and closed deals. This role is for someone who is genuine, personable, and truly cares about helping homeowners.

As we grow, there will be clear opportunities for leadership and advancement.

What the Role Looks Like

• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and develop solutions for homeowners

• Climb ladders daily and perform roof measurements and assessments

• Present estimates and guide customers through the decision process

• Manage follow-ups on existing estimates and maintain pipeline discipline

• Generate additional opportunities through networking, outreach, and door knocking when needed

• Stay engaged with customers through the production process to ensure a great experience

• Collaborate with team members and support overall company success

What Success Looks Like

• $1.5 million in total sales

• $300,000 in self-generated sales

• 40% close rate on replacements and 60% on repairs

• Meeting margin expectations

• Consistent weekly proactive outreach

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced roofing or solar salesperson (required)

• Genuine, personable, and customer-focused

• Strong work ethic with the ability to self-generate business

• Disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a physically active, field-based role

Compensation & Benefits

• Typical earnings: $60,000–$150,000

• Company vehicle for customer visits

• Health insurance eligibility after 90 days
