Sales & Marketing Manager

CAM Pro Services is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager in Bryant, AR to help build one of the region's leading commercial property maintenance companies. This is a producing sales role with leadership responsibility, and we need 5 or more years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial services, construction, facilities, or property management. Base salary runs $60,000 to $80,000, with uncapped commission that gives a strong performer a realistic path past $120,000 per year.

• You bring CRM experience and strong written and verbal communication.

• You bring a valid driver's license and can travel throughout Arkansas and occasionally into Texas.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Prospect new commercial customers through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

• Meet with property owners and managers, and conduct property assessments.

• Prepare proposals and close recurring maintenance agreements and project work.

• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM with consistent follow-up.

• Shape brand messaging and coordinate campaigns with our Marketing and Sales Admin.

• Represent CAM Pro at industry events and commercial real estate associations.
